Most products can only be returned due to production mistakes and/or manufacturing defects and will be eligible for a full refund or exchange, (YOUR CHOICE). All shipping fee's to be paid for by DeerLake.  ( Both Ways ) If you wish to make a return, please follow these instructions to ensure your return is processed correctly and efficiently:

1. To make a return, you must notify us – (Toll Free) phone 877.622.0278 within 7 days of receipt of the order. We will make returning the defective item as painless as possible. We will send you a replacement for your defective item, and a second item of same kind (your choice) for FREE, along with a check to cover your shipping cost of the defective item to us.

2. We need the date and name of purchaser, plus a description of the defect. Return to -

 3. Upon receipt of your silk necktie merchandise, we will issue a product exchange, replacement or cash refund ( Your Choice ) SAME DAY. Only returns due to production mistakes and/or manufacturing defects will be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
